Since 2004, Thomas Flaws has represented seriously injured people and their families in the Boston area and throughout Massachusetts. Mr. Flaws has recovered millions of dollars for injury victims and focuses his practice almost exclusively on the representation of people who have suffered life-altering injuries. His settlement of $2.91 Million on behalf of a construction worker and his family was one of the largest in Massachusetts in 2012. He has additionally recovered in excess of $100 Thousand for people injured in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability claims, slip and falls, and product liability claims.
Mr. Flaws believes that preparing a case to go to trial is the only way to achieve the best result for injured people. While not every case will go to trial, he believes that truly outstanding results can only be achieved through this level of preparation. In addition to providing outstanding results, Mr. Flaws is dedicated to providing an unmatched level of client service. He makes himself available day and night to speak with clients, and often meets with them on weekends. He believes that trust is the hallmark of a successful attorney/client relationship, and that trust can only be gained though a willingness to speak openly and honestly with clients.
A native of upstate New York, Mr. Flaws graduated from Nazareth College in 2001, and New England School of Law in 2004, where he served as Lead Article Editor for the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement. Since joining the firm, Mr. Flaws has served as a Director at Large for the Young Lawyers Division of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
